A member of boy band Big Bang has been found liable for the death of a motorcyclist last month.
Kang Dae-sung (22) was arrested after an accident on Yanghwa Bridge in northwestern Seoul in the early hours of May 31.
According to autopsy results released Friday, the victim, surnamed Hyun, had been lying on the ground for a little over two minutes after crashing into a lamppost when Daesung's car hit him and dragged his body for over 20 m.
The victim was intoxicated at the time of the accident and Daesung was sober, but he was driving his Audi sedan at 80 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.
The K-Pop idol could face up to five years in prison or a fine of up to W20 million (US$1=W1,087).

Poor guy... 20 million won for the death of a person is nothing... If Daesung gets 5 years, gosh... there goes Big Bang and there goes his life. I guess he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Still i think the motorcyclist is to shoulder most of the blame for being intoxicated in the first place. Daesung was just unlucky to be there when it happened.
